Jennifer has been an educator since 2000 teaching various ages from preschool through middle school.  As a certified NJ Elementary School Teacher, she started her career as the music director for a private elementary school, then shifted to early childhood teaching preschool, kindergarten, and lastly first grade in the public school system before becoming the director of a preschool facility in Jersey City, NJ.  After having her daughter, Jennifer returned to the workforce as the director of Here We Grow in 2014.  Earning a Masters Degree in Supervision and Administration from St. Peter's University, she has continued her academic journey and is currently completing her Doctoral Dissertation and will obtain her Doctorate Degree in 2025.  Jennifer is also a classically trained pianist, plays the flute and clarinet, and  loves to travel.
