Prior to joining Here We Grow, Melissa was an infant and toddler teacher for four years before becoming the assistant director for two years in a similar facility to ours in NJ.  Melissa is currently working on obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Education for K-12 and has various training in licensing regulations in NJ, child growth and development, health and safety, as well as emergency preparedness. Melissa enjoys traveling, reading, and assembling lego sets.
